Steven M. Marquardt

Director

Steve Marquardt started in the plumbing industry as a laborer working summers in order to help pay for college. Upon graduating from Western Illinois University, Mr. Marquardt joined Leonard V. Stutz & Son, Inc. on a full-time basis. Mr. Marquardt has been with Leonard V. Stutz & Son, Inc. since 1984 and currently serves as the company’s vice president.

In addition to his duties with Leonard V. Stutz & Son, Inc., Mr. Marquardt is also the part-time plumbing inspector for the Village of Berkeley and the Village of Harwood Heights.

Mr. Marquardt currently serves as co-chairman of the Legislative, Nominations, By-Laws and PAC Fund Committee of the Plumbing Council. He is a contractor trustee for the Plumbers Welfare Fund and is a member of the Plumbing Contractors Association, West Suburban Plumbing Contractors Association, Illinois Plumbing Inspectors Association and A.S.S.E.

Mr. Marquardt resides in Elmhurst with his wife, Debby, and their children, Molly and Matthew. In his free time, Mr. Marquardt enjoys boating, golf and spending time with his family.
