Joseph A. Albergo
Assistant to the Executive Director
Mr. Albergo has been in the plumbing industry for more than
49 years. As assistant to the executive director of the Plumbing
Council of Chicagoland, Mr. Albergo consults and coordinates
the Seniors Program, attends senior center, expos as well
as consults on various plumbing code questions and gives advice
on plumbing problems to the consumers.
His accomplishments include representing the State of Illinois
in the 1960 National Apprentice Contest at Purdue University,
instructing numerous journeymen and apprentices at the Apprentice
School and training U.A. instructors at the annual U.A. Training
Center at Wastenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
He has been awarded the Volunteer of the Year award and has
received numerous certifications. Mr. Albergo is the Plumbing
Advisor to the Chicago Plumbing License Board for testing.
A native of Chicago, Mr. Albergo and his wife, Patricia, have
three sons and fifteen grandchildren. In his spare time, Mr.
Albergo enjoys golf and travel. |
