Caught in the Act

The Plumbing Council of Chicagoland awarded bicycles to six Enrico Fermi Elementary School students who were "Caught Doing Something Good." For nearly a year, students were given tickets for doing something good, from opening doors to helping with homework.. Those with the most tickets won!
